Thomas C. Beach, IV
Thomas C. Beach, IV joined the Firm in 2008 with a focus on estate planning and estate administration. Mr. Beach represents individuals in the preparation of estate planning documents including Wills, Trusts, Durable Powers of Attorney, and Advance Medical Directives. He routinely represents fiduciaries, including Personal Representatives of estates and Trustees of Trusts, and advises these clients in estate and trust administration and probate proceedings in Carroll, Baltimore, and Frederick counties and throughout the State of Maryland. Mr. Beach also practices in the areas of land use and zoning and represents clients in the formation, administration and sale of business entities.
Mr. Beach earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Maryland and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1999, where he served as an Associate Editor for the Maryland Law Review. Mr. Beach served as Law Clerk to the Hon. James T. Smith, Jr. of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. He is a Member of the Carroll County Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association. He is also a Member of the Baltimore Estate Planning Council. Mr. Beach serves as Member of the Board of Trustees of the Carroll County Historical Society and is a member of the Society’s Finance and Governance Committees.
